Most privacy pages only cover the website. Ours also answers the question every camera customer actually has: who can see my footage?
Your Footage Stays Yours
This is the part that matters most, so we will say it plainly: the footage your cameras record remains under your control. Secureview Tech installs and, when requested, services systems; routine installation does not involve ongoing viewing of customer cameras or storage of customer recordings by Secureview Tech.
- We do not access your live cameras or stored footage unless you specifically ask us to — for example, to troubleshoot a problem you have reported.
- When access is needed for a requested service task, it is limited to that task and requires the customer's permission.
- Your recordings are stored on the equipment at your property and/or the cloud service you choose — under your account and your control.
Information This Website Collects
When you contact us through this site, we collect what you send — such as your name, phone number, email address, property type, and project details — to respond to the request and provide requested service.
How We Use It
- To reply to estimate requests and schedule work.
- To provide requested support and service.
- To keep business records connected to an estimate or project.
- Secureview Tech does not sell personal information.
Form Delivery
The estimate form is delivered through FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service. Information entered in the form is transmitted to that service so it can be emailed to Secureview Tech. You may instead call, text, or email directly.
Cookies & Analytics
This website does not currently use advertising trackers or a website analytics service. The form provider may use security technology needed to prevent spam and abuse.
How Long Information Is Kept
Estimate and customer communications are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain ordinary business records, or meet legal obligations. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for up to 30 days. Its practices are governed by its own privacy policy.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing secureview.tech@gmail.com.
